How do I book a ride?

You can book by filling out the request form on our Contact page, calling us directly at (555) 000-0000, or sending an email to info@humrides.com. For same-day rides, calling is the fastest option.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard rides and 48 hours for group transport or corporate travel. That said, we do our best to accommodate same-day requests based on availability — just call us.

Question 3

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancellations made more than 4 hours before your scheduled pickup are free of charge. Changes to pickup time or location can usually be accommodated with at least 2 hours' notice. Please call us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Will I receive a booking confirmation?

Yes — once your ride is confirmed, we'll send a confirmation to the email address you provided. If you don't receive it within a few hours, check your spam folder or give us a call.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the greater metro area and surrounding suburbs. For airport transfers, we cover all major regional airports. If you're unsure whether your location is within our service area, just ask — we're happy to check.

Do you offer long-distance rides?

Yes, we can accommodate longer trips outside our standard service area. Pricing for long-distance rides is quoted individually based on distance and duration. Contact us for a custom quote.

Can you make multiple stops during a ride?

Absolutely. Just let us know your stops when booking and we'll factor them into the route and fare estimate.

How is pricing calculated?

Fares are based on distance, estimated travel time, and vehicle type. We provide a fare estimate at booking — there are no surge prices or hidden fees. What we quote is what you pay.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and corporate account billing. Payment is collected at the time of service unless you have a corporate account set up.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes. Corporate accounts include consolidated monthly invoicing, priority scheduling, and a dedicated account manager. Contact us to set up an account for your business.

Are your drivers background-checked?

Yes — every Hum Rides driver undergoes a thorough background check, holds a valid commercial driver's license, and completes our in-house safety training before their first ride.

How are your vehicles maintained?

All vehicles are inspected regularly and kept clean and well-maintained. We take vehicle safety seriously — if a vehicle doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't go out.

Do you have accessible vehicles?
